Under the ECT Act you may cancel an online purchase of standard (non-custom) goods within 7 days of receiving them. Items must be unused, unfitted and in their original packaging. You pay the cost of returning them. We refund you within 30 days of receiving the return.
Under the Consumer Protection Act you may return defective goods within 6 months of delivery for a repair, replacement or refund. The defect must not be caused by incorrect fitting, misuse or normal wear and tear. Contact us first so we can arrange collection.
Goods made to your specifications are excluded from the 7-day cooling-off right. They remain covered for defects. See our Custom Build Terms.
