CabComfort (Pty) Ltd processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Name, email address and mobile number
• Delivery and billing address
• Company name and VAT number (optional)
• Order details, including custom-build measurements and notes
• Messages you send through our contact form

Why we collect it

• To process, confirm, invoice and deliver your order
• To contact you about your order, including backorder updates
• To answer your enquiries
• To meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information. We don’t send marketing unless you ask us to. We don’t take card details on this website.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who need it to fulfil your order (for example couriers, and our email and hosting providers), under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Security & retention

Your information is stored with access controls and is only visible to authorised staff. We keep order records for as long as tax law requires, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its processing, by emailing admin@cabcomfort.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
